March 3, 2009 Nashville, TN – Independent recording artist Stephanie Chapman is celebrating the release of her debut album This Song Is To You in true Nashville style by hosting a special, intimate concert on March 11th at the Rutledge (410 4th Ave. South, Nashville TN 37201). Her story follows a trajectory similar to most beloved singer/songwriters: write great songs, sing them, get major label interest, try to stay unique in a sea of sameness, decide to forge another path, find true happiness in putting out one’s own record. Currently, Stephanie writes for Sony/ATV music and continues to have her songs recorded by other artists.
